Above Our Bed

The small additions keep adding up at Catty-Corner.  Remember the forest scene artwork I did for above our bed, in a bubble glass frame?  Well, I finally found the perfect images to accent it...

I recently did a photo session with the phenomenal Amy Parrish of Atelier.  I was utterly smitten with the resulting image on the right below (click to see larger).  When Tom pointed out I looked a little like the Firefox logo, I knew I had to find an image of a curled up fox to be the yin to my yang.  Combined, the two images speak to the interconnectedness of nature and man.  They're quite magical, at least to me!

And what's that I see in the below image?

Corvin approves.

Yesterday Amy had a get-together at her beautiful farm, and she invited her guests to walk through paths in the meadow on her property and cut wildflower bouquets.  Mine adds a bit of wild cheer to my dining room.

  1. Oh wow, it looks amazing! Those two images are PERFECT together. May I ask where the fox image is from? It's lovely!

I just have to say, I'm working on my new Ohio space and your posts are so so so inspiring :).
