Help a Hydrangea Newbie Out?

My hydrangea is in trouble, and I don't know what the problem is.

The blooms, once beautiful vivid blue, have had almost all the color sapped from them. The leaves are all spotted. The lists of hydrangea diseases I've seen online all don't quite seem to fit both symptoms.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Are they just in too much sun, or are they diseased?

  1. Not enough Acidity in the ground. You can buy Stuff specifically for this at any garden store..
